Some meetings work better away from the office. Cal Xolva is an entire village house in Llardecans, about 30 minutes from Lleida, where a small team of up to 10 people can work, think and spend time together without interruptions. Here’s what the house offers for team outings and work retreats.
What kind of get-togethers it’s ideal for
- Planning or strategy sessions for small teams who need a day or two to think calmly.
- Team outings to bring the group together: shared meals, activities in the area and conversations on the terrace.
- Company celebrations for small groups: project wrap-ups, farewells or Christmas dinners.
What the house offers
- Exclusive use of the whole house: you won’t share spaces with other guests.
- 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for teams of up to 10 people.
- Dining room with a big table, which works both for working and for eating together.
- Wifi, heating and air conditioning.
- Fully equipped kitchen, terrace with views and barbecue.
- Fireplace in the living room for more informal sessions.
Activities to round off the day
After the work sessions, the area offers activities that help you switch off:
- Olive oil tourism in Les Garrigues: extra virgin olive oil tastings and mill visits. More information in new olive oil from Les Garrigues.
- A winery visit in the DO Costers del Segre. See wine tourism in the Costers del Segre.
- A calçotada or barbecue on the terrace, a format that works really well for breaking the ice. How to organise it.
- Walks along the dry farmland paths or a visit to Els Vilars d’Arbeca.
